The "Beco Butterfly" has been voluntarily recalled, and consumers should stop using the product immediately. The recalled carriers have a black label with a green "b" on the left side and a butterfly on the right side. The label is sewn outside the carrier. The Mia, Pony Express, Carnival, Addison, Ethan, Sophia, Cameron, Ave & Joshua carrier styles are all included in the recall.
Hazard: The carrier's shoulder straps can unexpectedly release tension, causing the strap to slip through, posing a hazard to the baby. Beco has received 8 reports of the carrier straps slipping through the shoulder buckles, but no injuries have been reported.

The "Pathfinder," "Run About," and "Alley Cat" are single-wheeled, children's bicycles that connect to an adult's bicycle by a coupler. The recall includes model numbers: 12-PF250, 13-SC250, 13-SC350 and M5101. The model number is located on the lower seat tube of the frame. The affected couplers have welded plates; bicycles that have couplers with cast parts are not included in this recall.
Hazard: The coupler connecting the children's trailer bike to the adult's bicycle has welds that can fail, posing a fall hazard to children.

Bolts on the front wheels can loosen causing the wheels to fall off. The firm received 14 reports of wheels falling off in the U.S. and 244 reports outside the U.S. One minor injury has been reported. Recalled units have serial numbers (located under the foot plate) between 1 and 28,097. Stop using the stroller immediately and contact Stokke for more information and for replacement wheels and a repair set.
