Being stopped in the mall or on the street to ask where to get this stroller or their opinion of this stroller is just one of the reasons why many parents felt they’d made a good choice with this stroller. Joovy designed this stroller to solve many of the problems originally seen in other tandem strollers, and made it ‘eye-catching’ as well. This model has a 2-position reclining seat in front for a young child, and also comes with a universal car seat adaptor that fits most car seats for infants. For your fidgety older child a rear bench allows him/her to stand or sit, and includes a buckle for the rear seat not available in other models. In addition, because of its’ narrower width it is easy to steer and maneuver in tight spaces. Another reviewer noted that the easy adjustability of the canopy and its ability to cover both children from the sun was a nice facet. The stroller is also very compact when folded, and the wheels can handle some off-road activity such as gravel and hard-packed dirt. Even though most reviewers were happy with their purchase they did note a few things that they would like to see improved. Two items that were noted most were the lack of a cup holder or tray for the parent, as well as the small size of the basket that does not fit large items and is difficult to access if a child is in the back seat. In addition a few reviews noted that children on the rear bench can access the wheels with their feet, which can be an aggravation for any parent trying to push the stroller. Still others noted the lack of a child cup holder for the rear bench, or a head rest for the sleepy older child in back. The weight of the stroller can sometimes be an issue when getting in and out of a vehicle as well. Despite the criticisms almost all reviewers were very satisfied with their purchase and would recommend it to others. Many of the reviews recommended purchasing the Parent Organizer to hold items such as car keys, wallet, and bottled water. The Rain Cover was another recommendation because it covers both seated children and worked especially well for protecting little ones from snow, wind and rain. This stroller won 4 out of 5 stars overall. Pros:
Universal Car Seat Adaptor (fits most car seats)
Rear Bench allows older child to sit or stand
Rear Bench buckle
Folds compact
Easy to maneuver
Canopy adjusts easily and covers both children when sitting
Cons:
No parent cup holder
Small basket, not easily accessible with child sitting in rear seat
Child in rear able to access back wheels with feet
No child cup holder for rear bench
No head rest for bench seat
Heavy
