The Mattresses provided with some of the recalled cradles are shorter or narrower than the cradles, creating space between the mattress and the cradle. The bodies of infants or toddlers can become entrapped in the space, which can lead to suffocation.

Neither Green Frog Art nor Health Canada has received reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians as related to the use of these products.

This recall involves mattresses sold with Green Frog Art wooden cradles. The affected mattresses are found in the following styles of cradles:

• - Old World (model number 10-103)
• - Antique White (model number 10-100)
• - Allegro (model number 10-115)
• - Versailles (model number 10-109)
• - European (model number 10-104)
• - Brandy (model number 10-107)
• - Ebony (model number 10-108)
• - Oxford (model number 10-110)

The model number can be found on a sticker attached to the mattress support board.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cradles and contact Green Frog Art to receive a replacement mattress.
