Hours of Operation

Our customer service center is available Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm EST. Sat - Sun Closed.

The hours in Customer Service will switch to Summer hours beginning Tues. July 6th.
Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm EST. Friday 8am - 5pm EST

Holiday Hours: In observance of the Labor Day holiday, Online Stores, Inc. will close Friday, September 3rd, 2010 at 5:00pm EST and will reopen on Tuesday, September 7th, 2010. Orders placed after 2:00PM EST on Friday September 3rd, 2010 will not be processed until we reopen on Tuesday, September 7th, 2010. There will be no deliveries made by UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS on the 6th of September, 2010.

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax on any orders except for shipments to the state of Pennsylvania. PA does not charge sales tax on food items, but all other items, are consider taxable in the state of Pennsylvania. All pre-made gift baskets that contain food items are also considered taxable.

Canceling/Changing Orders

Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. If you received free shipping, you may be charged the original shipping cost plus the cost of shipping back to our warehouse or to the manufacturer.

Shipping Rules

Proofread your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.

If you ship to a P.O. Box with no street address, and you select a shipping method other than USPS, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground shipping, and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service. Online Stores Inc. also reserves the right to change your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.

If your address is invalid and any correction needs to be made by Online Stores Inc. or any of our carriers, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground or economy service and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service.

Undeliverable & Refused Packages

If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. If you received free shipping, you may be charged the initial shipping cost plus the additional cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse or to the manufacturer. Please proofread your typing before continuing.

Refund & Return Policy

We appreciate your business and strive to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one. We hope your recent purchase meets with your satisfaction; however we offer the following return policy if it does not:

All returns must be approved prior to shipping and marked with an approved Return Authorization number. To obtain approval and receive your RA number, please call Customer Service at 1-877-734-2458. Strollers must be in the original box (Please do not write on the box) with all parts in sellable condition in order to qualify for reimbursement. All manuals, accessories, and packaging that were included with the stroller must be in new condition. Sellable condition means that the product has not been used, washed, or defaced; and any missing or used parts will be deducted from your refund or may result in a declined refund.

If returning a product that came with a free gift, you must return the free gift as well. If the free gift is not included in the return, you may be charged additional fees.

General Returns: You may return the item within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. If your purchase included free shipping, we will also deduct our shipping and handling costs for the original shipment from your refund. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to Online Stores, Inc. Clearance items are not returnable, unless damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective items: Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Online Stores, Inc. will exchange or replace defective items or defective parts if reported within 14 days. Online Stores, Inc. will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within the 14 day policy. Call Customer Service to report damaged or defective products and to obtain a Return Authorization. Online Stores, Inc. will pay for return shipping costs for damaged or defective products.

WASHING OR DEFACING ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM ONLINE STORES, INC AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES AS NON-REFUNDABLE NON-RETURNABLE.

Shipping Times

Most orders usually ship by the end of the next business day.(Effective 3/09/2007) Deadline for orders requiring UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select delivery is 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock at our warehouse. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock at our warehouse. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday for items at our warehouse. Expedited orders for items shipping directly from the manufacturer may take up to 2-3 days to process before shipping.

We ship to all US States, US Territories, and to Canada only.
