The Baby Jogger City Elite Double Stroller is an all-purpose stroller designed for rough terrain. Most parents agree that this is a high quality stroller with many convenient features and lots of storage. The large sun canopy, raised kicker and padded seat make this a comfortable ride for your child. Since the seats reclines 150�, this stroller is suitable for newborns in the flat position.
The biggest complaints parents had with this stroller were the price and weight. Many parents commented that the City Classic Double Stroller has many of the same features as the City Elite, weighs less and costs less. Some parents recommended purchasing the City Classic instead and purchasing a parent console and other accessories separately.
