The Baby Jogger City Elite Double Stroller is an all-purpose stroller designed for rough terrain. Most parents agree that this is a high quality stroller with many convenient features and lots of storage. The large sun canopy and padded seats make this a comfortable ride for your children. The seat reclines nearly flat, which is great for napping. Several customers commented that although this stroller is not designed for jogging, it worked well as a jogging stroller in swivel and locked wheel mode.
